Dongyuan’s PseudotimeDE method for detecting gene expression changes along cell pseduotime was published in Genome Biology
Dongyuan developed PseudotimeDE, a statistical method that infers differentially expressed (DE) genes along cell pseudotime. PseudotimeDE considers the uncertainty of pseudotime inference, yields valid p-values, and has high power. The study was published in Genome Biology. Congratulations!
