Vivian’s AIDE method was published as a cover story in Genome Research

Vivian’s scDesign method was published in Bioinformatics
Vivian developed a statistical simulator scDesign for assisting the design (platform, number of cells, total sequencing depth, number of batches, etc.) of scRNA-seq experiments based on users’ analysis needs. This work was accepted by ISMB/ECCB 2019 and published on Bioinformatics. Congratulations!
Yiling received the Most Promising Statistician Award

Wei (Vivian) Li graduated and will start her independent career at Rutgers
Vivian received her Ph.D. and the Most Outstanding Statistician Award at the 2019 Department of Statistics Commencement. She will join the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Rutgers School of Public Health as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in this Fall. Big congratulations, Vivian!
Xinzhou and Haowen’s EpiAlign method was published in Nucleic Acids Research
Xinzhou and Haowen developed a computational method EpiAlign for comparing chromatin state sequences from epigenomic data. Other current and former group members including Lingjue, Vivian, and Soo Bin also joined the efforts. Congratulations!
