Xinzhou and Haowen’s EpiAlign method was published in Nucleic Acids Research
Xinzhou and Haowen developed a computational method EpiAlign for comparing chromatin state sequences from epigenomic data. Other current and former group members including Lingjue, Vivian, and Soo Bin also joined the efforts. Congratulations!

Vivian and Jessica wrote a review article about statistical modeling of RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data at four leveles: sample-, gene-, isoform-, and exon-levels, all of which have been widely used in extant bioinformatic methods.
