Yiwen obtained his master degree in Information Science from the University of Michigan in 2024. He is a Research Software Engineer whose work centers on software development, algorithm optimization, cloud server maintenance, and the design and implementation of interactive computational tools. His duties include building scalable data pipelines, developing internal research platforms, optimizing system performance, managing deployments, improving code reliability, and supporting the software infrastructure that enables the group’s research and computational workflows.
